Dispelling butterflies ahead of CET

Organised by Deccan Herald and Prajavani newspaper group in association with Acharya Institutes, the programme focused on preparing students for the CET and COMED-K counselling session to be held at five centres in the State on June 10. 

Eminent resource persons, including Fr Muller Medical College Medical Services chief Dr Sanjeev Rai, Srinivas School of Engineering Professor Ramakrishna Hegde, Ravi Kiran of Acharya Institutes, Bangalore, Eduquity Career Technologies Senior Consultant B M Amarnath and Mangalore CET Counselling Cell Co-ordinator Shruta Keertiraja enlightened students on what to expect at the upcoming counselling. 

The Printers (Mysore) Private Limited General Manager (Circulation) Shivaramakrishna, Assistant General Manager Nandakumar were present on the occasion.

‘Informative’
The programme was very informative and useful, said Pallavi Sharma, a student of St Aloysius PU College, Mangalore.

“I want to become a doctor but had many doubts in my mind regarding the CET counselling and course streams. All my doubts are cleared  now and I have a clear picture about CET counselling after attending today’s programme. I thank the organisers for this thoughtful gesture,” she added.
