A 75-year-old woman drowned after accidentally falling into a well in Paduvari village in Byndoor.
The deceased woman was identified as Imiliya Nazreth.
Though she was rescued immediately, the doctor at Government Hospital in Byndoor declared her dead on arrival.
A case was registered at Byndoor police station, said sources.
