Emergent notice issued to DGP

Jija Hari Singh had filed a complaint against Jain at the SJ Park police station in Bangalore.
Jain, during his tenure as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Mysore Minerals Limited (MML) had deposed before the Lokayukta and the Justice U L Bhat Commission in connection with alleged irregularities committed by Jija Hari Singh when the latter was CMD of Mysore Minerals Limited between April 2004 to June 2006.

He had alleged that she was involved in irregularities amounting to Rs 354 crore.
Earlier this year, a single judge had dismissed the petition of Jain refusing to quash the FIR against him in connection with illegal mining.
