<p class="bodytext">Mangaluru South (Pandeshwar) police filed an FIR against journalist Ajith Hanumakkanavar, on charges of disrupting peace and instigating one religion against the other.</p>.<p class="bodytext">During a discussion on Prof K S Bhagawan’s book ‘Rama Mandira Eke Beda’, which was aired on a private channel, the journalist had spoken ill of a religion.</p>.<p class="bodytext">A complaint was filed by one Hameed Pandeshwara. After verifying the complaint, the police filed a case under IPC Sections 153 (A) and 505 (2), said DCP Hanumantharaya.</p>
