<p>The High Court on Friday recalled its earlier order staying the Karnataka Public Service Commission’s (KPSC) examination process for recruiting ‘C’ and ‘D’ category staff.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Vikramajit Sen and Justice B V Nagarathna recalled the stay order after the counsel for the KPSC submitted that there is a need to continue the examination process as it is in the public’s interest. <br /><br />Earlier, the State government submitted that it has identified posts for the disabled as identified by the Union government and, also some posts which are not suggested by the Union government.<br /><br /> Advocate General Vijay Shankar said that there are some posts in the State government which do not exist in the Union government and, such posts will be identified.<br /><br />He also submitted that the State government will form an expert committee comprising officials of various departments and Commissioner for Persons with Disability to identify such posts.<br /><br />The Bench directed the authorities that this exercise shall be complete in six months from November 16.<br /></p>
