Homa at KSRTC depot to prevent accidents

The officials belonging to KSRTC depot in the town, performed a special and secret homa to ward off the evils and prevent recurring of accidents on Tuesday morning.

A notice was pasted on the premises, inviting the employees, for the Ganapathi homa. The puja was performed at 4.30 am on Tuesday, in the presence of Depot Manager Jayakumar. Later, prasada was distributed.

By the time the reporters visited the spot, the place was cleaned up. Upon contacting, the authorities explained that Valmiki Jayanti was celebrated on the premises. However, a few television channels are said to possess the video clippings of the homa.
