<p>Hubballi: The internal conflict in Congress for the chief minister’s post in the state will break out soon, said Belagavi MP Jagadish Shettar.</p><p>Speaking to reporters in the city on Sunday, he said, “The chief minister’s post sharing agreement has been executed but no one has the courage to disclose it. DCM D K Shivakumar has been seeking the CM post but Siddaramaiah is not leaving the seat.”</p><p>However, neither Siddaramaiah or D K Shivakumar have been speaking about this in the open. Other leaders are speaking in support of them, he said adding, “Don’t know what decision will Shivakumar take in any given situation.”</p><p>Shettar said AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge criticised Kumbha Mela, but D K Shivakumar participated in the same. This has embarrassed the party. If Shivakumar has acted against the principles of the Congress, why is no action is being taken against him? he questioned.</p><p>“There are no expectations from this year’s state budget. SCP-TSP funds have been diverted for the implementation of guarantee schemes. Is this a pro-Dalit concern? If we are pinning our hopes on the budget, it is our fault,” he chided.</p>
