'Judicial and administrative reforms needed'

 
Addressing mediapersons here recently to promote the cause of gender equality and family harmony, Katti said the Foundation had fought for grief-stricken families victimised by the misuse of laws like Section 498A of the IPC and 125 CrPC. Quoting figures presented by the Chief Justice of India (CJI) Balakrishnan recently, he said that over 3.11 crore cases were pending in trial courts and HCs across the country.
