<div>The State Level Single Window Clearance Committee chaired by Information Technology Minister S R Patil on Tuesday cleared four IT projects, including the expansion plans submitted by Uber and Reliance.<br /><br />According to an official note from the minister’s office, the panel cleared an expansion plan by Uber India pertaining to its mobile application to connect riders with transport providers. <br />The project is estimated to cost Rs 99 crore and would provide employment to 200 persons.<br />Another project submitted by Reliance Communication Infrastructure to expand its existing data centre at Sadaramangala Industrial Area with an investment of Rs 67 crore was cleared by the panel. <br /><br />The expansion is anticipated to create an additional 800 jobs. Two more expansion projects - one by Aris Global Software (with an investment of Rs 21.9 crore) and another by Srichid Technologies (financial service, healthcare and IT service) - was cleared by the panel on Tuesday.<br /></div>
