This candidate has kept resignation letter ready

On the day he submitted nomination papers on Thursday, Gorantli also released his resignation letter to the post of MLA.

He told a press conference after submitting the papers that he would be handing over the resignation letter to Gavisiddeshwara Swami of Gavi Mutt.

The resignation letter may be submitted to the authorities concerned on his behalf, in case after getting elected, corruption charges are levelled against him and the same are later found to be true.
