Trains to run as per schedule

As the ballast cleaning work in the Angamali – Kalamasseri section in Thiruvananthapuram division has been cancelled due to Pongal Festival, the train services will run as per the normal schedule on January 16 and 17.

The service of Train No 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram (Kochuveli) Express, the service of Train No 16344 Madurai – Thiruvananthapuram Amritha Express and the service of train No 12432 Nizamuddin – Thiruvananthapuram Rajdhani Express will run as per the normal schedule.

To facilitate the maintenance work in the pit line no 3 at Thiruvananthapuram Central, the service of Train No 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Express will terminate at Kochuveli until February 7, a Southern Railways press release has stated.
