<p>Vehicular traffic was disrupted for some time when a wild elephant was spotted on Bengaluru-Mangaluru national highway on Shiradi Ghat on Thursday.</p>.<p>A lone tusker was spotted near Double Turn on the Shiradi Ghat stretch, creating panic among the people. As there was a slope, the jumbo stood on the roadside, fearing to move.</p>.<p>The vehicle drivers stopped the vehicles midway on the road for a few minutes, spotting the tusker. Some were seen capturing the elephant on their mobile phones and circulating it on social media.</p>.<p>Locals suspect that it might be the same jumbo that had trampled to death a container driver from Rajasthan, recently.</p>
