<p>Bengaluru: The Special Public Prosecutor for the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/lokayukta-police">Lokayukta police</a> informed a special court that he would seek instructions on clarifications regarding the final report filed in the MUDA site allotment case. </p>.<p>The complainant in the case, Snehamayi Krishna, had stated that there is no clarity in the final report submitted by the Lokayukta police. </p>.<p>He has filed objections to the closure report filed by the Lokayukta police in the case against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife Parvathy BM, and others. </p>.MUDA case: Karnataka High Court admits ED appeal over quashing of action against former chief DB Natesh.<p>Krishna also filed an additional protest petition with a list of witnesses to be recorded.</p>.<p>He stated that while in one of the columns in the final report stated that there are no incriminating material against accused numbers 1-4, another column specified that there was loss to the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) with respect to the allotment of compensatory sites under the 50:50 ratio. This includes the allotment of sites to Siddaramaiah’s wife and others by the then MUDA Commissioner DB Natesh and his predecessors, he stated. </p>.<p>The complaint pertains to the controversial allotment of alternate sites by MUDA in favour of Siddaramaiah’s wife. </p>.<p>In his complaint before the special court for cases involving MPs/MLAs, Krishna named Siddaramaiah, Parvathy, her brother Mallikarjuna Swamy, who had gifted her the land that was allegedly acquired by MUDA, Devaraju, the original owner of the land, and others. </p>.<p>The matter has been adjourned to March 24. </p>
