<p>Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala High Court has taken serious note of body shaming and use of double meaning words while granting bail to businessman Boby Chemmanur, who is accused of sexual harassment of actor Honey Rose.</p><p>Justice P V Kunhikrishnan observed on Tuesday that body shaming was not acceptable and cautioned that everybody should be vigilant while making comments about others.</p><p>"Before concluding, I am forced to say that body shaming is not acceptable in our society. Comments about the body of a person as too fat, too skinny, too short, too tall, too dark, too black, etc. should be avoided. There is a sense that we are all 'too something,' and we are all 'not enough." This is life. Our bodies will change, our minds will change and our hearts will change. Everybody should be vigilant while making comments about others, whether they are men or women," said the order.</p><p>Even while granting bail, the court flayed the use of double meaning words by Chemmanur.</p>.Kerala police form SIT to probe actress Honey Rose's allegations against jeweller.<p>"The petitioner is using words with double meanings. Any Malayalee who reads the first information statement can easily understand that the words used by the petitioner are with double meanings. Therefore I am of the considered opinion that prima facie, the ingredients of the offences alleged are attracted. Even though the Senior Counsel tried to argue before me that the ingredients of the offences are not attracted, I cannot agree with him on the same," the court said.</p>.<p><strong>Chemmanur supporters show up</strong></p><p>Chemmanur was granted bail on a set of strict conditions. However, even as the bail order came, he did not come out of prison. His lawyers reportedly told a section of media that he preferred to remain in the prison for one more day to express solidarity with prisoners who could not come out owing to technical reasons.</p><p>A large group of people, including women, under the banner All Kerala Men's Association, were present in front of the prison at Kakkanad in Kochi as a mark of support to Chemmanur.</p><p>Many of them were said to be staff who worked for various business ventures of Chemmanur. They brought flowers and placards to show solidarity to him.</p><p>Chemmanur allegedly made obscene comments against Rose at some functions as well as in some online channels. After Rose filed a police complaint, the police acted swiftly and nabbed him from Wayanad. He was widely flayed for making his actions.</p>
