<p>Indore: Three women who had tested positive for COVID-19 infection died here within two days, a health official said on Tuesday while clarifying that they were suffering from other serious ailments and there was no cause for panic.</p>.<p>A 64-year-old woman and a 55-year-old woman died on Sunday, while a 50-year-old woman died on Monday, said district Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr Madhav Prasad Hasani.</p>.<p>"All three women were already suffering from different diseases due to which their immunity had decreased. These included diseases like blood cancer, TB, diabetes and thyroid disorder," said the CMHO.</p>.5% increase in heart attack cases in Karnataka post Covid-19 pandemic.<p>"At present, only seven COVID-19 patients are undergoing treatment in the district. We did not find a single case of the epidemic on Tuesday. There is no need to panic," he said.</p>.<p>Since January 1, a total of 187 residents of the district have been found infected with coronavirus, of which four died during treatment.</p>.<p>"The first death of a COVID-19 patient in the district this year was recorded on April 21, when a 74-year-old woman died in hospital. She was suffering from a serious kidney ailment," said Dr Hasani. </p>
