<p>Former Miss India Neha Dhupia, who flashed a million dollar smile while sashaying down the ramp on Sunday at the Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) for designer Kavita Bhartia, wonders why models don’t flash a smile during catwalk. “I have always wondered why models always walk the ramp with a straight face. Why don't they ever smile? Even during my modelling days, I used to wonder about it,” Neha said after the show.<br /><br />“But then I guess, if beautiful models start smiling, they will completely take the show away from the designer’s clothes,” she added.<br /><br />Dressed in a black ruffled dress teamed up with a bust jacket-like top with metallic gold embellishments on it, Neha delivered a perfect catwalk sans any extra drama on the stage. “I was very impressed with Kavita’s collection and I was eyeing this gold jacket when I came in. I didn’t know it was for me. I was really glad that she had planned that I will wear it,” said Neha.<br /><br />The actress, who is awaiting the release of her film De Dana Dan, was not even a wee bit nervous before walking the ramp. “I was excited,” she said. <br /><br />Ace designer Ritu Beri’s neat, flattering collection on display at WIFW stole the limelight from Bollywood actor Abhay Deol. Dressed in a pair of jeans, crisp shirt paired with a black waistcoat and black hat, Abhay looked his handsome best. Female fans were completely floored when he smiled, flaunting his dimples. But Beri’s well-cut designs, full of youthful charm, teamed up with oversized hats, rose above Abhay’s star power.<br /><br />When asked Beri why she brought Abhay as a showstopper, she said: “He wasn’t my showstopper. He walked because he is a good friend. But there really is no one like Abhay –– he is so cool, so himself, just so unaffected by anything around him, totally relaxed and adventurous.”</p>
