<p>A day after tropical cyclone ‘Nilam’ moved away, five crew members of a grounded ship ‘Pratibha Cauvery’, just off the Marina beach here, were still missing on Thursday, even as a rescue mission by Indian Coast Guard (ICG) bailed out 15 others, including officers, safely early today.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Amid the persisting rough seas and strong winds on day two after ‘Nilam’, the ICG in a swift early morning mission on Thursday, aided by Navy divers besides their Dornier rescue helicopters, safely pulled out 15 still on-board, including the ship’s captain Fernandez, and admitted them to a private hospital. There were in all 37 crew on-board the vessel. <br /><br />“Be on the ship! This is what we told the 15 remaining crew on-board, after our efforts to rescue them Wednesday night turned futile,” the ICG’s DIG (South), Gurupdesh Singh, told reporters here.</p>
