Shiv Sena objects to Maha Governor slipping up on 'Mumbai'

"It is not expected from the first person of the state to say Bombay instead of Mumbai," former Lok Sabha Speaker and Sena leader said Manohar Joshi told reporters after the function.

The Governor, in his speech, expressed happiness over clearance by the Centre to the proposed Navi Mumbai Airport. He, however, used the word 'Navi Bombay'.Diwakar Rawate, another Sena leader, demanded action against the Governor's speech writer.
