<p>The Railway Ministry has changed the timings for booking Tatkal tickets. <br />Booking for AC classes will start at 10 am and close at 11 am. Now it could easily be accessible,” Member Traffic of Railway Board Ajay Shukla told Deccan Herald.<br /><br />‘Easier for passengers’<br />Shukla said that the decision was the part of many measures to make booking procedures easy for the passengers. <br /><br />He said that change in the refund rules for Tatkal tickets was one such measures. <br />Passengers would be able to get refund on the cancelled Tatkal tickets. This would be applicable to premium trains as well.<br /></p>
