Meanwhile, the Election Commission has made elaborate security arrangements for conducting the poll in 48 constituencies in six districts – East Champaran, West Champaran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Saran, and Vaishali districts. As many as 1.03 crore voters, including 47.56 lakh women, will decide the fate of 787 candidates.
