'Viswaroopam 2' release set for Aug. 10

Viswaroopam 2, the action and adventure thriller by versatile actor Kamal Haasan, will hit theatres across the globe on August 10

As usual, the actor dons many roles in the movie — lead role, director and one of the producers.

The movie is being released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu (dubbed version) and trailers of the movie in all three languages were released on Monday by Shruti Haasan, Aamir Khan and Junior NTR, respectively.

In the movie, Kamal plays a RAW agent and the film is expected to be packed with action scenes.

At the launch of the trailer, Kamal hoped that Viswaroopam 2 will not face problems that the first version faced.

“I don’t think this movie will face any problems. The earlier version was blocked due to political reasons and even if there are any problems, I am sure I will face it,” he said.

The movie is keenly awaited since this is the first project of Kamal after he announced his entry into politics.

Vishwaroopam 2 features Pooja Kumar as the female lead and Rahul Bose, Andrea Jeremiah, Shekhar Kapur and Waheeda Rahman in supporting roles.
