<p>West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday said that after the government at the Centre changes in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections a new policy to boost Indian industry will be implemented. </p>.<p>Her speech during the first day of the Bengal Global Business Summit was full of political overtones, apart from a long list of her government's achievements in relation to the industry in the last seven years. </p>.<p>"I know the problems you (industrialists) are facing. But I can assure you that after changing the government we will introduce policies that will boost the Indian industry and the Indian economy," said Banerjee.</p>.<p>Pointing out that the Lok Sabha elections are just a few months away, Banerjee urged all industrialists who have left the country to return and invest in India.</p>.<p>"We have to face the central election (Lok Sabha elections) within a couple of months...The friends from the industry who have left the country, I request them to come back and invest in India," said Banerjee.</p>.<p>Taking a dig at the erstwhile Left Front government, she alleged that Bengal suffered due to the loss of man-days during the Left era. Banerjee claimed that during the tenure of her government that issue has been resolved.</p>
