Unforgettable tribute

To play tribute to Ustad Bismillah Khan, The Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth (SPIC MACAY) is organizing 'Music in the Park 2012'. One can experience the beauty of Indian Classical Music in harmony with nature with uplifting performances by Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia (Flute) and Ustad Rashid Khan (Vocal). The performance will also feature Vijay Ghate (Tabla), Subhankar Banerjee (Tabla), Jyoti Goho (Harmonium) and Krishna Bongane (Vocal). Lovers of classical music can enjoy a sitar recital by Suneera Kasliwal Vyas at India Habitat Centre (IHC), Lodhi Road on March 28 from 7 pm onwards.
