Rocking on

Galeej Gurus will perform live on December 20, 5.30 pm, at Furtados in Koramangala.The band believes in exploring music and  having as much fun as possible doing it.

Music on ‘Queen’

A musical entitled, Rock U, based on the music of Queen will be presented by Dubai Modern High School on December 30, 8 pm at Chowdiah Memorial Hall. Directed by Kevin J Oliver, the musical will have 35 talented singers.

Jazz it up  

Olive Beach, in association with Dewar's, is hosting All That Jazz with the Anu Cheyyur Trio  on December 17, 8 pm onwards. Anuradha will be accompanied by Vijji Cheyyur on the guitar and Keith Peters also on the guitar.

Duo in concert

Catch Bobby and Blumm in concert at the Palace Grounds on December 18, 8.30 pm. The two musicians deal with voices and pickings, on electro-acoustic guitar, keyboards and other biscuits.

Groovy beats

Extreme Nights Global Groove Festival, the first electronic music festival and convention, will be held on December 19, 8 pm at the Taj Westend.

Audio treat

MES Kalavedi, the cultural wing of Mysore Education Society, is hosting a music concert by Vidushi Srividya Ramnath on December 19 at MES College at 6.30 pm.

Carnatic vocal

Indiranagar Sangeetha Sabha features a Carnatic vocal concert Poornima Krishnan on December 19 at 6 pm at the Sabha. She will be accompanied by Anuthama Murali on the Violin and C Cheluvaraj on the Mrudangam.
