MLC S L Bhoje Gowda said that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had been appealed to earmark grant in the budget for upgrading the District Hospital in Chikkamagaluru.
He told media persons in Chikkamagaluru that the chief minister had responded positively to the appeal.
Bhoje Gowda also said that the experts from the irrigation department will conduct a feasibility survey on supplying water from Honnammana Halla to Rameshwara Kere and Dasarahalli Kere.
