The United Arab Emirates has deported a Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist Nisar Ahmed Tantray to India.
Tantray, who is from Tral in south Kashmir, has been deported from UAE to India on Sunday. The National Investigation Agency formally took him into custody on his arrival in New Delhi, sources said.
He is wanted in connection with December 30, 2017 attack on a Central Reserve Police Force group centre at Lethpora in Jammu and Kashmir.
He had somehow fled to UAE in early February this year.
Nisar is the younger brother of slain JeM terrorist Noor Tantray.
