<p>The withheld results will be declared after submission of the investigation report of the two-member committee that was constituted to probe into the matter, Prof Dhande of IIT Kanpur said.<br /><br />The committee comprising IIT Kanpur's senior professor Ashwani Kumar and Legal Officer C P Singh has been asked to submit its report by June 5, Dhande added.<br /><br />The Gyani Jail Singh Engineering College in Bhatinda was black-listed and three teachers, including the Centre in-charge, were debarred from participating in any administrative work of IIT after reports said that some students indulged in cheating at the centre.<br /><br />The report also said that the students were also given extra time to solve the paper. Following the report, results of 30 aspirants were withheld.<br /><br />The decision to this effect was taken after a report was submitted by a probe committee constituted by IIT- Roorkee which had confirmed the charges of copying.<br /><br />Dhande, however, clarified that results of only those candidates sitting in a particular class room from where copying was reported have been withheld and not of all aspirants who appeared in that centre.<br /><br />Meanwhile, results of over 4 lakh candidates who had appeared for the JEE conducted for admissions into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) were declared today.<br /><br />IIT Kanpur was the nodal agency to conduct the examinations for 2011. The exam was held on April 10.</p>
