Only 4 days Dasara holidays in Kodagu

The district administration has issued an order restricting Dasara holidays to four days for schools in Kodagu district.

A meeting, chaired by Deputy Commissioner P I Srividya, decided to restrict the Dasara holidays as 20 days were declared as holidays for schools during heavy rain recently.

The Dasara holidays will be between October 17 and 21. The schools have been asked to conduct extra classes to complete the syllabus before the midterm examinations.
