Delay in J&K

Sir, 
There has been an undue and unexplained delay in government formation in J&K and taking advantage of this situation, parties like the Congress and the NC are trying to fish in the troubled waters. 
Their inappropriate comments and actions are not in the interests of the state that is passing through  turbulent times. There is therefore an urgent need for Mehbooba Mufti to clear the air and give J&K a government as early as possible so as to remove the confusion.
