The Uroos at Inam Dattatreya Bababudanswamy Dargah will be held from March 22 to 24.
The officials should initiate measures to provide basic facilities for the Uroos, said Deputy Commissioner Dr Bagadi Gautham.
Speaking at a meeting of officials and Muslim leaders on Friday, he said the road leading to Bababudangiri, Manikyadhara and Galikere should be repaired.
A temporary health centre should be opened near the Inam Dattatreya Bababudanswamy Dargah and uninterrupted power supply should be ensured during the Uroos, said the deputy commissioner.
Additional bus services should be deployed, the officer added.
He said that temporary sheds should be constructed for the stay of devotees for three days.
He also directed the police to strengthen security.
