JOIN USOppo F19 Pro, 19 Pro+ 5G, Band Style launched in India
Chinese smartphone-maker Oppo unveiled the new line of the F19 series mobiles along with the Oppo Band Style fitness tracker in India.
The Oppo F19 series comes in two variants-- one a top-end F19 Pro+ 5G and a standard F19 Pro. They come with pretty much the same hardware but differ in processor and battery charging speed.
The F19 Pro and the Pro+ 5G sport a 6.43-inch full HD+ (2400 ×1080p) AMOLED screen with up to 800 nits brightness with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. They come with in-screen fingerprint sensor, triple slots ( SIM-1 nano + SIM-2 nano + microSD) and Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 OS out-of-the-box.
As far as the photography hardware is concerned, they come with a quad-camera module--48MP (with OV48B sensor, f/1.7) + 8MP 119-degree ultra-wide angle (f/2.2) + 2MP 4cm macro sensor + 2MP depth sensor (f/2.4).
On the front, they feature 16MP (f/2.4) snapper for selfies and video calling.
Inside, Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G comes with 7nm class MediaTek Dimensity 800U (MT6873V) octa-core CPU is backed by 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage (+ further expand up to 256GB), and 4,310mAh cell with 50W fast charging tech.
On the other hand, F19 Pro features a 12nm class MediaTek Helio P95 octa-core CPU with IMG PowerVR GM 9446 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB/256GBstorage (further expandable up to 256GB), and a 4,310mAh cell with 33W fast charging tech.
They both come in two colours--fluid black and space silver. The F19 Pro comes in two storages-- 128GB and 256GB-- for Rs 21,490 and Rs 23,490, respectively. The F19 Pro+ 5G comes in just one configuration 8GB RAM + 128GB storage for Rs 25,990.
The company also launched a new Band Style fitness tracker in India.
It sports a 1.1 AMOLED-based 24bit color touch screen with a 2.5D display design, 100% P3 colour gamut and on top, it features 2.5D scratch-resistant glass shield. Also, it comes with a 5 ATM water-resistant rating, meaning the device can sustain water pressure up to 50 meters in depth. It also features, Tri-axis Accelerometer
Oppo Band Style can track 12 workout activities such as Badminton, Elliptical machine, Fat loss running, Free training, Indoor Cycling, Indoor running, Outdoor run, Outdoor cycling, Outdoor walking, Rowing machine, Swimming, and Weight training.
Also, it supports several convenient functions such as sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, and continuous SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation level) monitoring—providing all-around records and analysis of its user’s sleep health.
Also, it comes with a 100mAh battery and can last for close to 12 days. It costs Rs 2,999 and will go on sale on March 23 on Amazon. For a limited time, the company will offer Rs 200 offer on Oppo's new smart fitness band.
