Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin, chopped

4 tbsp protein powder

1-1/2 cup milk

1 large ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Salt and pepper, to taste

Yields two servings

Instructions:
Using a powerful blender, puree the pumpkin until no chunks remain.

Add the banana and protein powder and blend until a thick, smooth liquid forms.

Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and pulse until well combined. Serve chilled.
