Anirban Lahiri dropped a bogey at the very end to finish with a card of one-under 71 and lie tied 14th place at the halfway stage of the USD 1 million King’s Cup Golf here on Friday.

Lahiri at four-under 140 was the best among the four Indians, who made the cut for weekend action.

Thailand’s Prom Meesawat maintained his share of the lead with Sweden’s Rikard Karlberg. 

Bhullar 13th

Meanwhile, in Abu Dhabi, Gaganjeet Bhullar, playing his first season as a full member of the European Tour, struck a purple patch in the middle of the second round to move to tied 13th place at the midway stage of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championships on Friday.
