Only 7435 tickets sold for the first three days of 2nd Test

If the first day's ticket sales has been 2506, the sales for the second and third day's play is even worse with only 2486 and 2443 tickets being sold out respectively, according to Barbados newspaper 'Daily Nation'.

Over the years, Test matches in West Indies have witness empty stands and the ever dwindling response has been mainly due to the poor performance of the cricket team.
Senior cricket operations officer of the Barbados Cricket Association, Roxanne Forte, confirmed about the poor ticket sales.

For a ground that can accommodate 14,000 spectators, it may well see only Greenidge & Haynes and Three Ws stands being opened for the public unless there is a drastic improvement in ticket sales. The Greenidge&Haynes stand can hold 4015 fans while Three Ws has room for 1462. P
