The Stewards of the Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) have decided to postpone the fifth day’s and sixth day’s races, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, to June 4 and June 5.
The postponement was necessitated by the heavy downpour on Friday, rendering the track unsuitable for racing and also because of the continued overcast weather conditions, BTC said in a statement.
Accordingly, the Mysore races scheduled for June 5 will now be held on June 6.
