Actor Shivarajkumar to be honoured

Shree Chowdeshwari Cini Combines has organised a programme to felicitate actor Shivarajkumar on April 26 at 5 pm at Open Air Theatre, Manasagangotri.

Mentioning the purpose of the programme, producer Krishna at a press meet  here on Tuesday, said that actor Shivarajkumar is first among Indian actors to abandon projects of ‘remake’ movies after the film ‘Kodandarama.’

He noted that the actor has been encouraging budding talents, directors and producers. Members of Karavali Samskrutika Pratishtana, Kasaragod will be confering a title to the actor which will be disclosed on the day itself. 

Entertainment evening has also been organised after the programme. Movie actors, directors producers and fans of Shivarajkumar are expected to participate in large numbers, he added.
