Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) has announced that it is expanding its operations in Mysuru and will add 300 new jobs for customer care support by December.

According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, HGS has recently won a contract from a leading global retailer to support its customers from Mysuru.

The new recruits will provide voice-based customer care support in Kannada and English languages. “Mysuru has a huge talent base of graduates and HGS is looking to leverage this pool to provide comprehensive customer experience solutions to our clients.

HGS has launched a large-scale recruitment campaign to attract local candidates looking for roles in the customer service industry,” the press note states.

HGS expertise spans the telecommunications and media, healthcare, insurance, banking, consumer electronics and technology, retail, consumer packaged goods industries and the public sector, the press note mentions.
