RAF storms into Chamarajanagar

The RAF team from Coimbatore explained to the people about their duties at times of unrest in various parts of the country.

RAF personnel took out a parade and exhibited various measures taken by them to check violence, including lathi charge, usage of tear gas and other preventive action.

Weapons used by RAF was also on display.

A photo exhibition of RAF being deployed in various parts of the country was also held.
Additional superintendent of police K H Chandrashekar said RAF helps in maintaining law and order across the country.

He expressed his appreciation for the demonstration.

RAF commandant Madhavan, assistant commandant S Geethamma and other police officials were present.
