Gowda to visit Pashupathinath temple with family today

Former prime minister H D Deve Gowda along with his son - Public Works Minister H D Revanna - and seven other family members will visit the historic Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, Nepal, on September 7.Bengaluru:

Since the formation of the JD(S)-Congress coalition government, Gowda and his sons - Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy and Revanna - have been on a temple run, not just in Karnataka, but across the country.

Gowda and his family members will board the 5.50 pm Nepal Airlines flight in Bengaluru on Thursday. The Gowdas will stay for the night in Kathmandu and leave for the temple early Friday morning. There, they will offer prayers to the reigning deity Lord Shiva.
