<p>Karnataka and Kerala entered into a fresh supplemental inter-state transport agreement, in the light of increased passenger traffic between the two states. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The two states were already party to a principal agreement and four supplemental agreements. The earlier inter-state transport agreement was signed in 2007-08.<br /><br />KSRTC Managing Director B N S Reddy and the managing director of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation, Antony Chacko, met on Friday to finalise the routes of the State transport undertakings for the proposed agreement.<br /><br />Karnataka will operate 102 buses on 29 routes, covering 12,375 km and Kerala will operate 84 buses on 17 routes, covering 12,294 km.<br /></p>
