<p>Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy on Friday termed improvement of Siddaganga Mutt seer Shivakumar Swamy’s health as a miracle.</p>.<p>“The seer’s health has improved reasonably after he was shifted to the Mutt. Even the doctors are surprised to see the sudden recovery. This is a miracle due to his social service,” he told reporters after visiting the 111-year-old pontiff at the old Mutt. “Efforts of the staff of Rela Institute & Medical Centre, BGS Hospital and Siddaganga Hospital and the blessings of the God have ensured his recovery,” the Chief Minister stated and added:”I have never seen such a recovery in my life. Doctors have continued the treatment. There is no need to shift him abroad.” </p>.<p>He said that he had requested the then President Abdul Kalam to honour the pontiff with Bharat Ratna Award when he was chief minister 12 years ago. “If need be, I will once again meet Prime Minister and President for a fresh request in this regard,” Kumaraswamy added.</p>
