Mysore varsity to install CCTVs in valuation centres

According to Registrar of UoM B Ramu the idea behind the installation of CCTVs was to restrict the entry of unauthorised persons into the valuation centre as well as to instill discipline.

Valuators to be scanned

The CCTVs will be installed at various locations inside the valuation centre. The monitors will be at the offices of vice-chancellor and registrar (evaluation) to monitor valuators. The work is going on in full swing and it is expected to be ready shortly.

He said UoM will the first varsity in the State to have the CCTVs being installed inside the valuation centre.
