New train between Bengaluru and Mangaluru

The Southwestern Railway will operate a new train between Yeshwantpur and Mangaluru Central via Hassan, three days a week.

The train will depart Yeshwantpur station at 4.30 pm on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays and reach Mangaluru at 4.30 am the next day. The train will reach Hassan at 8 pm. In the return journey, the train will leave Mangaluru station at 7 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and reach and Yeshwantpur at 4.30 am next day.

The train will stop at Nelamangala, Kunigal, Yediyuru, Shravanabelagola, Channarayapatna, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subhramanya, Kabaka, and Puttur Railway stations, according to a press release.
