The police have registered a case against a man identified as Veerendra Bhagat Singh for posting objectionable content against former minister and Congress MLA candidate for Mudigere (reserved) Assembly constituency Motamma.
The content reads: Motamma has died of heart attack. Share this till it reaches Motamma.
The content was found in Singh's facebook account.
Based on a complaint filed by the Congress spokesperson M S Anath, the police have registered a case against Singh
