BJP national president Amit Shah on Thursday concluded his two- day review of the party’s poll preparedness in the state.

He interacted with top state leaders, constituency-wise in-charges and heads of various morchas at the BJP headquarters in Malleswaram in the city.

The meetings on micro-management of polls will be a constant feature until the poll day as the BJP leader will be staying in Bengaluru or making frequent visits to the state capital.

During his Thursday’s review meeting, Shah is said to have expressed his unhappiness over ‘one-plus-one strategy’ not being followed properly. According to the strategy, each elected representative not only looks after his or her constituency but also the one allotted by the party.

Under the initiative, elected representatives have to visit and spend time in constituencies other than theirs, interact with local leaders and workers, and hold meetings on a regular basis.

On Wednesday, Shah held meetings with ‘Shakthi Kendra Pramukhs’ and 11 regional in-charges.
