South Western Railway will run a tatkal special between Yeshwantpur and Dharwad to clear the extra rush during Shivaratri.
Train No. 06538 Yeshwantpur-Dharwad tatkal special departs from Yeshwantpur at 8.30 pm on Thursday, February 23 and arrives at Dharwad at 5.35 am on Friday with halts at Tumakuru, Arsikere, Birur, Davangere, Harihar, Haveri and Hubballi.
Train No. 06537 Dharwad-Yeshwantpur tatkal special departs from Dharwad at 7.40 pm on Sunday, February 26 and arrives at Yeshwantpur at 5 am on Monday.
The train will have 16 coaches comprising one AC 2-tier coach, four AC 3-tier coaches, nine second class sleeper coaches and two second class-cum-luggage and brake van with disabled friendly compartment.
