The guest house will have three blocks. Block A consists of 500 rooms with a built up area of 2,67,414 sq ft and four floors. Block B will have 22 VIP and eight VVIP rooms and Block C will be a four-storey building with 16 shops, two restaurants, one wedding hall and two dormitories, according to a release.
The guest house will come up on 7.5 acres that the TTD has leased out to the Karnataka Government.
