After meeting the families of the Lakhimpur Kheri violence victims, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on October 7 said that she will continue to fight until MoS Home Affairs Ajay Mishra is removed from the post. “Justice is a right in a democracy. I will continue my fight for justice. All the affected families I met yesterday only demanded justice. Union Minister of State Ajay Kumar Mishra ought to resign from his office so that an unbiased investigation will be performed,” said Priyanka Gandhi.
