Chinese musicians surprised Prime Minister Narendra Modi with an instrumental rendition of 'Tu, Tu hai wahi, dil ne jise, apna kaha' from the 1982 film 'Vaada Raha' starring Rishi Kapoor and Poonam Dhillon.
Modi was accompanied by Chinese President Xi Jinping. The prime minister appreciated the gesture with a round of applause towards the end. The original was sung by Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosle.
Modi was at an event in Central Wuhan in China as part of a two-day informal summit.
