If US and EU start trade war, China is 'laughing on the side', EU's Kallas says

Brussels: European Union Foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday there were no winners in a trade war, and if United States and Europe started one "then the one laughing on the side is China".

"We are very interlinked. We need America, and America needs us as well", she said, speaking ahead of an informal EU leader retreat in Brussels.
